Judge Determines Fear of Murder, Cruel and Unusual Punishment, and a Wall Dividing the family home are not enough to consider granting Divorce. The case was dismissed after the Jury returned a denial of divorce petition. The Not So Happy couple responded by immediately racing to another court to file restraining orders against each other. No word on their plans for Passover.
