Creating a New Future

Posted to by Debbie Ford on Tue, 11/27/2007 - 6:12am

Even in the midst of the most difficult moments of divorce, there exists the potential for letting in the little rays of light that can begin to illuminate a much brighter future. Once you’ve had the experience of being blessed by your divorce, your open wounds will begin to heal and your closed heart will begin to open. Transformation is the natural evolution of finding the gift of a negative experience, seeing the light in the darkness. Once you’ve discovered this valuable lesson, the excitement of life begins to filer in again. Then real magic happens when you begin opening up to new worlds, seeing opportunities you couldn’t see before. In this webisode, we guide you into this new future by helping you create a vision map – a literal representation of the future you want to be in. Once you have completed a vision of your future you then have the power to ask yourself, “Am I making choices in my everyday life that are about bringing about my new future, or are my choices about re-living my past?” Give it a try, and see the difference it makes!
