Book: Getting Past Your Breakup by Susan J Elliott

I was so overwhelmed with grief after ending my first relationship post divorce, that I felt I was re-living my grief from my divorce all over again. Actually, it seemed even worse than the divorce grief. This book described what I was feeling to the letter, and helped me understand why and deal.

I recommend listening to the videos posted by found on YouTube. Do a 'Google' search for "Patrick Doyle Emotional Abuse" and you will get a link for his YouTube video on the subject. From there you can find multiple videos on a number of subjects.

Book: The Emotionally Destructive Marriage-Leslie Vernick

A Christian perspective that is FINALLY not - stay no matter what. I hate that. Christ died so that I could have ABUNDANT life - not the one sucking the breath out of me currently. She not only empowered me - but gave me very specific steps to take to start to take my life back. I found relief!!

Book: Dr Christeane Northrup Womes bodies womes wisdom

this book will show you why we suffer physical feelings from mental thoughts, exp: not being able to forgive someone can lead to certain illnesses that we do not recognise and just pop the pills when the issue can be resolved mentally and this will help physically. great book
