Book: It's Called a Break-up Cause it's Broken

It was written by Greg Bernhardt and his wife Amiira. He is a stand up comedian- very funny and wrote for sex and the city- he also wrote He's Just Not That Into You- which they based a cute movie on. The book is hilarious, informative, and very useful. I read it in a weekend.

Book: Codependent no more - Melody Beattie

My whole life 22 years revolved around STBX. I was more in to pleasing him and lost myself in the process! Any way, it has twelve steps to work through which is a lifelong process. Great thought provoking questions to journal. Painful to look at, but helps you to grow and change!
