I was so overwhelmed with grief after ending my first relationship post divorce, that I felt I was re-living my grief from my divorce all over again. Actually, it seemed even worse than the divorce grief. This book described what I was feeling to the letter, and helped me understand why and deal.Tue, 3/29/2016 - 11:23pm
Though he can be crude and he uses some foul language, I have found his articles direct, to the point, and very helpful. Most recently I read his article entitled "Maybe You Don't Know What Love Is" found at: http://markmanson.net/what-love-isView Recommended Item: markmanson.net
I recommend listening to the videos posted by thedove.us found on YouTube. Do a 'Google' search for "Patrick Doyle Emotional Abuse" and you will get a link for his YouTube video on the subject. From there you can find multiple videos on a number of subjects.Sun, 3/20/2016 - 1:44pm
A Christian perspective that is FINALLY not - stay no matter what. I hate that. Christ died so that I could have ABUNDANT life - not the one sucking the breath out of me currently. She not only empowered me - but gave me very specific steps to take to start to take my life back. I found relief!!Fri, 3/11/2016 - 9:03pm

this book will show you why we suffer physical feelings from mental thoughts, exp: not being able to forgive someone can lead to certain illnesses that we do not recognise and just pop the pills when the issue can be resolved mentally and this will help physically. great bookTue, 2/16/2016 - 8:58pm

Therapist recommended this, for myself today during our first, and it was also recommended by his colleagues . A great book for those, who may be rough on selves, and feel guilt for the nonsense these narcissistic ex s have tried making us feel! It teaches women how to be empowered!!!Tue, 2/2/2016 - 8:15am
