Rather than risk losing his home in an imminent divorce, a man in Sonneberg, Germany took the term "division of property" quite literally when he took a chain saw and cut his one story house in half. Not one to be called messy, he neatly picked up his half and carted it away on a forklift truck.

A Wisconsin Jury has found John Brayshaw, the states 3rd most notorious deadbeat dad, guilty of evading over $260,000.00 in support payments. He faces up to 66 years in jail after being convicted of 18 felony counts after abandoning his family 10 years ago when he sailed his boat down the Mississippi. The worst part: his ex wife was forced to sell her house to pay for the boat, as in Wisconsin both spouses are responsible for debts incurred during marriage. Who get's the pets? Unfortunately, the fact we love our little companions so much can be a bad thing when it comes to divorce. And the reality is, they grow attached to us too. After a sincere plea that he was devastated because he had developed such a close relationship with his wife's dog, a court in Spain granted a man visitation rights to the much adored pup.
