Good News Bad News for Vietnam’s Second Richest Man

The bad news is Le Quang Tien was ordered to pay his wife $64 million in the priciest divorce settlement in Vietnam’s history.

The good news — he might now have a good shot at being adopted by Angelina Jolie.
