Your post meant more to me than you can know. I was married at a lighthouse. Lately I've been wondering if I can ever go back there, or to any lighthouse. You don't realize how many lighthouses there are in America until they become a symbol of your whole life! I've been wanting to return to "our" lighthouse, but frankly I don't think I can handle it right now. Maybe some day. Meanwhile, thank you.

Yes, those places... the places where love blossomed. The site of your first kiss. The place where he proposed. Is it worth trying to reclaim them now that the marriage is over? This week, I went back to "our spot" to find out.
