This is an amazing book, along with all of her others. I highly recommend it to everyone! After reading it and applying it to myself, I secretly visualized sending it my ex and the woman he cheated on me with (whom he married 9 months after our divorce was finalized and just a little over a year after meeting her). There are so many shadows those two are not dealing with that are going to continually blow up in their faces. I have no intention on sending it to them, but the few daydreams about doing so were fun:)!
