This I've learned. No matter how tough a day I've had, I've gotten through all my BAD days by having this perspective. It may seem simple, but it's worked for me :)

you also want to laugh--a crazy maniacal laugh--like, how much more can the universe pile on me? but you're afraid to ask because the universe might not have a sense of humor. so, hang in there.
