while mediating may not work for something couples it could be perfect for the next, and when it works, it's definately the best way to go.

I am in the middle of mediation right now, and it isn't as warm and fuzzy as this mediator makes it out to be. I find it agonizing.........less expensive than going to court, but you still each have to have your own legal counsel, and at times, you are paying double legal bills.

The entire divorce process is painful and ugly, especially when your spouse won't move out.

Never give up hope. There has to be something wonderful on the other side of divorce.

THINK ABOUT IT THE PUT YOU IN A ROOM WITH 2 ATTORNEYS AND 1 MIDATOR THE MIDATOR WHANT TO ADD HIS HOUERS HE GET PAID TO LISTEN TO YOUR STORY HE DOSENT CARE BUT HE WHANTS HIS MONEY IN THE END YOU GIVE HIM A CHECK AND YOU GET NOTHING TRUST ME THE THE ATTORNEYS DONT CARE THE JUDGE DONT CARE THE ARE COLD AND IF YOU THINK YOU MADE A GOOD DEAL TALK TO ME IN 5 YEARS

Always a fan of mediation. It's really the best way to come to agreements that's fare and reasonable. Everyone thinking of divorce should consider it.
