Sell it, get rid of it, give it away. Don't hang on. Start new, fresh...rebirth. There is absolutely no reason to be remind of the past. It's a lot healthier and you'll be much happier in the end. LET IT GO!!!

Sabrina
Fri, 20 Jul 2007 12:31:02 -0400 Guest comment 1140 at https://www.firstwivesworld.com Splitting up the junk https://www.firstwivesworld.com/relevant-news/katherine-mckee/splitting-the-belongings-hers-his-theirs#comment-1138
Thank god I'm not one of those people that hangs on to material things. I really could care less. I say sell it all and split the money. Start out fresh. Who wants to be reminded of their ex everytime they look at a chair, desk or bed? It's all just junk. Let it go and get on with your life!

Toni
Fri, 20 Jul 2007 12:22:31 -0400 Guest comment 1138 at https://www.firstwivesworld.com Splitting The Belongings...Hers, His, Theirs? https://www.firstwivesworld.com/relevant-news/katherine-mckee/splitting-the-belongings-hers-his-theirs So, it looks as though actress Anne Heche and her estranged husband cameraman Coley Laffoon have reached an agreement on who gets to keep the furniture!

A judge ruled that Heche gets to keep some of the furniture and linens she brought to the marriage including a footstool, armchair, chest, lamp, pillows from Bali and some bedding. Apparently Laffoon had accused Heche of recently removing some belongings from their house in Los Angeles.

Heche, who's been shooting the ABC series "Men In Trees" in Canada, reportedly said she needed the items she took to outfit her place in Vancouver. She claimed to have asked Laffoon what he wanted but he didn't respond.

Superior Court Judge Frederick C. Shaller ruled that Heche could keep the items but said that Laffoon may have "temporary exclusive use and occupancy of the [couple's] residence" until it's sold or until another court ruling.

Click here for more, and here for our previous coverage.

https://www.firstwivesworld.com/relevant-news/katherine-mckee/splitting-the-belongings-hers-his-theirs#comments all things legal community property divorce community divorce news house and home money and finance navigating divorce Money and Finance House and Home All Things Legal Navigating Divorce Fri, 20 Jul 2007 10:32:07 -0400 Katherine McKee 1296 at https://www.firstwivesworld.com
