Cougar Wrestling With Rourke’s Radical Romance Rumor
Do you have an opinion about Mickey Rourke possibly being romantically involved with his 21-year-old co-star Evan Rachel Wood? I do. Let's just say if my 21-year-old daughter brought Mickey home, I'd do my best to flatten his inappropriate self to the ground.
As one of the country’s "perceived" lead cougars (I hate that word), I encourage divorced women all the time not to let age get in the way of romantic possibility. However, I do feel there needs to be a cut off age for both sexes on the ‘under/over’ as I like to call it.
In a past blog, I commented on Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife Linda Bollea carousing with a 19-year-old teenager named Charlie Hill. I wasn't implying that Linda was too over the hill for that combo, but rather she was inappropriately under the wrong Hill. I went on to say that my rule was that at the very least the younger object of desire should be able to vote.
So now here I am breaking my own rule and expressing distaste that Mickey Rourke, who’s 53, is romancing a 21-year-old who can vote.
Hmm. My earlier reference was to a boy, not a girl my daughter’s age. Put simply — he better not show up at my house.
Aging should not preclude anyone from love/lust with anyone who floats their boat, and we should not judge. Wrestle maybe…
